How do I check if an email has been delivered in Gmail?

 Now go into your Google Contacts via web browser, and in the settings, restore a previous copy from a date you remember you had your full contact list. Is the list still full in the web browser version? If not, then the contacts you 'lost' were never really backed up to Google's servers. If they are, you can 'start over' and see if the issue still presents itself.

While sending an email make sure that u have entered the right email address. And after clicking on send if the mail is seen in sent box then the mail is sent and it is delivered and if it's seen outbox then it's not yet sent and u will be able to see the status of the mail. And if u have entered the wrong email address then u will receive a response saying that u have entered a wrong email address plz check.

I didn't get your question properly. Please add more details. Okay, i assume that you're asking about someone accessing your Gmail accout from other computer and reading your mails. If you scroll down the page, then there will be option on the bottom of the page as Last account activity

This could happen in certain cases. You are a subscriber to a list and you are sending (originating) a new topic. Here you will see a copy in sent mail folder but a copy is not delivered to you in Inbox. However when a reply / response to your topic happens you will get it. As a subscriber you can always check in the website of the group / list or know if it was not delivered.
